Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs payments made through the CHRIST University Learning Management System (LMS) for online courses, certifications, assessments, and related academic services.
1. Course Registration and Payments
All payments made through the LMS are subject to verification and confirmation by CHRIST University.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Users may request cancellation of course registration before the commencement of the course, subject to applicable institutional regulations.
- Once a course has commenced or access to course materials has been granted, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted through the designated support channel.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed in accordance with CHRIST University policies.
- Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- No refund shall be provided for completed courses, downloaded materials, issued certificates, or services already availed.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7-14 working days, depending on banking and payment gateway procedures.
5. Failed or Duplicate Transactions
- If a payment is deducted but the transaction fails, the amount will normally be reversed automatically by the bank or payment gateway.
- Duplicate payments identified and verified by CHRIST University may be refunded after review.
6. Exceptions
CHRIST University reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not comply with institutional policies or where misuse, fraud, or violation of LMS terms is detected.
