S O A R is a Hi-Potential Hybrid Leadership Development journey for identified Hi-Potentials from across the United Board’s network Institutions across India & CHRIST (Deemed to be University)
United Board can shortlist 14 Higher Education Institutions from the country and have 2 faculty per institution nominated on S O A R. CHRIST (Deemed to be University) can nominate 12 faculty to be on this programme.
Target audience will be those in EARLY CAREER ROLES in Academia
